  1. Make a report directly to the shipping agent (in the event of visible damage).
  2. Make a report to do88 AB.
  3. Specify the order number and describe whether the case is in respect of a return or a claim.
    Describe the case.
  4. Return/claim will be either approved or rejected buy do88 AB.
  5. If a return is approved, send the items well-packaged to:

After the returned items have been checked, their full value will be refunded provided that the items in their original condition.
